Spicy Harissa Chicken Pasta

Lets get spicy! Tired of that bland chicken pasta, well this one will get the taste buds fired right up!


Time: Prep (24 hours only if marinating chicken) Cook: 20 minutes

Serves: 2-4 (depending on the size of human your feeding)

Best served with a nice glass of wine, add some focaccia for the left of juices

Ingredients

350 g chicken thighs

2 tbsp harissa paste

1 onion

2 large tomatoes

2 tbsp philadelphia

1/2 ball mozzarella

1 garlic clove

Pasta (enough for two)

1 tbsp oil

150 ml water

1 chili
