A middle eastern classic, and certainly better than a kebab shop! This can be switched out with beef, pork or tofu all will work.
Time : Prep (1 Hour) cook : 30-35 minutes

Ingredients
350g chicken thighs
4 Pita breads (2 each)
1 bag of rocket (lettuce works if you don't like)
1tbsp oil
1tsp salt
1/2 tsp curry power
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp chili flakes
1/2 tsp pepper
for cucumber salsa
1/3 cucumber
1/4 white onion
2 large tomatoes
1 garlic clove (minced)
