ABOUT ME 

I'm Sophie, a 26 year old marine consultant, when I'm not at work I can be found going to the gym/crossfit, cooking or eating out.

​

Cooking was something introduced to me at a very young age thanks to my dad who was a former chef & my mum who worked for a food company.

​

This has meant from 11 years old I was going on cooking courses, cooking up family dinners and when I went to university the "essential skill" passed onto me was how to de-bone a chicken...

​

This has lead me to be a very confident person in the kitchen & something I want to share with others, whether thats a delicious cheese toasty,  a Thai coconut prawn curry or chocolate brownies.
